Tips To Gain Weight In 30 Days

Probably, people choose sometimes wrong way to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods, which occurs health issues like: weak digestion system, high blood pressure, high sugar level in blood and sometimes heart disease also. So this is not at all a good way to gain weight.


But if you are seriously trying to put huge weight mass in such a short amount of time, apply below some tips to gain weight in 30 days:
Note:
  • Never skip your meals. Eat more than your usual calorie intake as this is the simplest way to gain extra kilos.
  • Eat a lot of protein rich and starchy foods like potatoes, almonds, beans, pulses, eggs, fish, meat, low-fat cheese and yogurt.
Breakfast:
  • 2-3 eggs + 2 toast + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal
  • OR a bowl oats/porridge
  • OR stuffed parathas/upma/poha
Lunch:
  • 2-3 chapattis + veggie + 1 bowl pulses (daal)
  • Add a bowl of yogurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice.
  • Or paneer sandwich + salad with dressing can add potatoes.
Evening snacks:
  • Sandwiches can add cheese/mayo
  • OR Milkshake
Dinner:
  • Same as lunch (can avoid rice)
  • or sandwiches/grilled veg burger including stuff with paneer/potato
  • A glass of milk before going to sleeping.
After completion of this one month diet course, you can measure indeed your body weight in weighing scale. I am damn sure, you must be feeling such a great experience of gaining weight in short time period.
