How to Lose Weight In 7 Days

Over weight is a dynamic part of the body which makes different unpalatable substances inside the body. Many people assume that it is impossible to reduce weight in 2 weeks, while it is not the truth.

Weight can be reduced in 7 days but it needs a lot of dedication and a little bit of hard work. Below some best diet plan to lose weight, applying which cuts down your weight just within 7 days:
Day 1: Beginning from the first day, try to keep yourself away from all kinds of cravings as you will be consuming only fruits.

You can consume all the fruits, excluding grapes, bananas, lichi and mangoes. It is suggested that you consume more watermelon, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranates, strawberries and melons. You can eat 20 times a day, but you should eat only fruits.
Day 2: Second day is your calorie free day with a good amount of fibre and nutrients.
Or you can go with the vegetables only, nothing else. This is done in order to give the body enough energy and carbohydrates for the day.
Day 3: Eat any quantity and any amount you like and drink lots of water as directed.
You need to avoid potatoes on day 3 as you are getting enough carbohydrates supply from the fruits.
Day 4: Be careful to resist yourself because you are just 3 days away from a losing weight!  
However, on the 4th day of the vegetarian diet for losing weight, you can drink up to 4 glasses of milk and feel free to eat upto 6 bananas entire the day. they act as a source of potassium and sodium for the body.
Day 5: Hurray! This is a festival day for you. You are allow to eat a tasty meal made from tomatoes, sprouts, soya chunks, etc.

Make a tasty soup with the mentioned ingredients and drink it. But make sure to increase your water intake on day 5. You can eat up to 6 tomatoes and increase the water intake
Day 6: No tomatoes on day 6, avoid them. The tasty soup made from other vegetables excluding tomatoes will provide vitamins and fibre to your body.

Continue consuming a good amount of water everyday. The tasty soup and lots of water should help you through your day.
Day 7:Yeahhhh...!!! This is the day what you must have been waiting for last 6 days.

You will be feeling light on your toes and happy inside out. You can have fresh fruit juice, one cup of brown rice or half chapati and other vegetables you would like to eat. You can complete your day with the consumption of water.

So, that is the 7 days diet plan to lose weight. No one can stop you from gaining a healthy and fit body, if you follow this strictly.
