Simple Ways to Care Your Feet on Each Day

If you want to lower the chances of having foot problems then you need to take special care of your feet. Care on daily basis to preserve your feet healthy and keep the skin, bones and muscles functioning properly.
Apply the following steps for your beautiful feet:

Check your feet every day
  • Look at your bare feet every day for cuts, red spots, sores and any kind of swelling.
  • Look at the bottoms of your feet by a mirror and ask your family member for their help if any trouble seeing.

Wash your feet every day
  • Wash your feet in warm water on every day, and try to avoid hot water.
  • Dry your feet well and be sure between the toes.

Protect you feet from hot and cold
  • Wear shoes at the beach or on hot pavement.
  • Wear socks at night to avoid cold.
  • Don’t test bath water with your feet.
  • Don’t use heating pads.

Keep the blood flowing to your feet
  • Put your feet up when sitting.
  • Wiggle your toes and move your ankles up and down for 5 minutes. Apply it 2 or 3 times a day.
  • Don’t cross your legs for long periods of time.
  • Avoid smoking.
Wear shoes and socks at all times
  • Never walk on barefoot.
  • Wear comfortable shoes that fit and protect your feet well.
  • Before putting your foot inside the shoe, make sure that there are no objects inside and the lining is smooth.

So, follow the above mentioned tips to keep your feet healthy from today's onwards. Fix a time on each day to check your feet. It's better for you to make a “To Do” list and everyday try to complete the task for your beautiful feet.
